Prices and Payment
All prices listed include taxes. Shipping within Canada and internationally is available. See below...
The Process:
1. Place order by email; include any changes that may be needed. *
2. Invoice will be sent via email.
3. Once you recieve your invoice, purchases can be paid for using Paypal.
(PayPal accepts credit cards, even if you do not have a PayPal account.)
4. Your order will be shipped 1-2 business days after the payment confirmation
from PayPal is received.
Please note: Payments must be rec'd within 3 days of your order to guarantee your item is still available. Orders not paid within 72 hours will be cancelled.

All orders are shipped with Canada Post service. Customer have a choice of regular mail or registerd mail.

Additional Shipping Notes
- All jewelry will be shipped in a padded envelope.
- All items will be shipped 1-2 business days after payment is received.
I suggest for higher priced items and larger order quantities you use the registered
mail as it has a tracking number and insures for up to $100. (If order is registered
we would also get delivery confirmation on all items.) Regular mail is assumed at
your own responsibility for packages once they are presented at the post office.

Refunds and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is very important; if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to resolve any concerns. That would range from giving you a refund to fixing the existing piece. We will accept returns in their original condition in their original wrapping minus the shipping. (Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.)
Of course, if you are pleased with your item, we would appreciate that feedback as well!
* Changes to any design may take 2-5 days or longer to be shipped and or made. Customers should email their request so we can discuss the changes before the product is made and shipped. If the variation differs from what is suggested, there may be a longer wait time and or extra costs.
